Brief Answer:
SJ Syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and images and here is my opinion.

SJ Syndrome is a diagnostic dilemma and diagnosed by careful medical examination, high degree of suspicion and skin biopsy.

The points which are against a diagnosis of SJ Syndrome in you are....

1.It is a very rare disease.
2.Fever,fatigue and flu-like symptoms always precede the appearance of rash.
3.Mucous membranes such as the mouth, lips, anal area, genitals are always involved and is "MUST"to diagnose SJS.
4.The rash is accompanied by erosive lesions.
5.Patients frequently experience burning pain of their skin at the start of disease.
6.Almost all patients of SJS have weakened immunity (like HIV,malignancies etc)
7.Most notorious drugs to cause SJS are Anti-gout medications such as allopurino, anti seizures(like phenytoin, valproate),anti psychotic drugs and painkillers NSAIDs.
8.Commonest antibiotics implicated in SJS are Penicillin, cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones like levofloxacin. It is very very rare with Doxy
9.The typical clinical course of SJS begins within 8 weeks (usually 4 to 30 days) after the first exposure to the causative agent.
Only in very rare cases (when there is re exposure),the symptoms may appear within few hours.

If you share the details of your symptoms in addition to the rash, that would help me to evaluate further.

Keep yourself well hydrated and ensure adequate nutrition.
If your symptoms do not improve, consult your clinician.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards

No fever or flu-like symptoms. My fatigue is from two nights of not sleeping well I assume. No symptoms exist currently in the mouth, lips, anal area. No erosive lesions, not experiencing any burning sensations. I have no diseases or viruses currently. The only medication I took was doxycycline hyclate.

I am still tender under the armpits and on the left nipple, however the redness in the armpits has gone down. I have made an appointment for tomorrow afternoon with my primary care physician.

Thank you for your help!

Brief Answer:
SJS

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
With such a symptomatology (absence of fever and flu like symptoms,no erosive lesions and non involvement of mucus membranes)it is very unlikely to be SJS.
You can take Advil for pain relief.

Happy living.
Regards.
