Brief Answer:
He has to do an antigen test for confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your query.
As per this report, the platelet count is not that much low and we can not make a diagnosis of dengue by this result(complete blood count).
He can go for an antigen test to rule out dengue fever.
As of now drink plenty of water and take rest, watch for any bleeding manifestation like dark spots on the body and bleeding from gums.
As there no fall in platelet or bleeding, no aggressive management is required. An antigen test can easily rule out dengue.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Dengue specific test must be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The given report does not contain specific test for dengue.
You must do a dengue antigen test(also known as NS-1 test) to confirm dengue.
As there is rapid fall in platelets, dengue must be ruled out.
Thanks
