So in regards to what my echocardiagram report says in relation to the left ventricle dimension LVID being within juat the normal range of 5.9cm, is this something to be concerned about being so near the range of 'mildly dilated' at 6cm. Is it likely the size of my left ventricle will increase or will it always stay the same?

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Nothing to worry for until unless you feel fine and your hearts ejection fraction is coming normal.

Also these measurements are operator dependent and do have certain variability.

I suggest you not to worry and just repeat an echo after 6 months.

Kind Regards
