I was extremely pleased with Dr. Chaturvedi's prompt and detailed response and follow-up. My primary physician was in agreement with Dr. Chaturvedi's observation. I will use this service again as I especially liked having a hard copy for my files.

Dr. Chaturvedi was a great help. He took my questions about tinnitus seriously, and gave much-needed info and advice. I had never been told before that 3 meds I have taken can be ototoxic, and I took one of them for 23 yrs! I am going to follow his recommendations. Thank you.

Dr. Chaturvedi was great and answered my questions quickly and offered detail advise on what to ask my local doctor and test that should be ordered. He set my mind at ease and helped me with the next steps towards recovery.

Very informative reply. First time I have used this sort of thing. I work away from home, in remote areas, so this method of speaking to a specialist is excellent for my lifestyle, having no time to make appointments. Dr. Chaturvedi reassured me that my issue was likely minor, and it seems he was right!.
