Cranberry Cooler

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of cherry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Lemon juice
  • 16 fluid ounce of ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 medium orange, roundly sliced 

Method to prepare:  In a tall glass, combine pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, cherry juice, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir the mixture and then add chilled ginger ale. Serve.


Orange Slush

  • 1 ¼ cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup of Sprite
  • Grenadine

Method to prepare: In a highball glass, lightly muddle two-three cherries. Add Sprite and orange juice to it. Then add 2 teaspoons of grenadine. Garnish the glass with a cherry and serve.


Virgin Mint Mojito

Method to prepare: In a cocktail shaker, slowly muddle the mint leaves. Add crushed ice, club soda, lime juice, and sugar syrup and shake well. Strain this concoction into an ice-filled Collins glass, stir in sprite and garnish it with few mint sprigs.  Your drink is ready to serve.


Rose Lemon Spritzer

  • 2 tablespoons rose water 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon of pomegranate juice for color (optional)
  • 3/4 cup any chilled fizzy drink or club soda
  • Fresh red rose petals for garnish (optional) 

Method to prepare: Combine rose water, fresh lemon juice, honey, and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake to mix well and then strain into a glass. Pour in the chilled club soda or fizzy drink. Garnish with fresh rose petals and serve.
