One of the causes of headache could be dehydration
. Make sure you drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.
Any history of stress or anxiety?
Another possibility is Migraine
. Any family history of migraine?
Make sure you sleep well. Get enough rest.
Get your thyroid
function test and blood sugar levels to rule out thyroid disorders and diabetes
