What is Craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral therapy is bodywork therapy using therapeutic touch to manipulate synarthrodial joints of cranium. Practitioner will apply light touches to skull, face, spine and pelvis. It is focused primarily on the concept of primary respiration and regulating the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.
