What is Virtual colonoscopy?

Virtual colonoscopy or CT Colonography is a procedure in which the images of X-rays are converted in three dimensional images of the colon (large intestine) by the help of computers. The procedure is used to diagnose certain diseases of colon and bowels including polyps and cancer.
