In the last year 3 times I have had blood in my urine. I had a cystoscopy and it showed no issues with my bladder. However I periodically have soreness for no apparent reason in my abdomen. I now have a feeling of hitting a nerve like getting a catheter inserted when urinating but no apparent uti. More like a nerve hit, runs through my body and stops. not burning. After the cystoscopy I had the abdominal soreness for two days. I did have a cystoseal, rectoseal, urethra sling and complete hysterectomy (and ovarian cancer) twelve years ago. Could this be a prolapsed bladder or something?

I've tried almost every OAB meds, none of which help much.
Q: has my bladder been damaged by forcing urine through previously blocked prostate? What do I do about it other than catheters?

Now on 22 Nov 2016 we changed the hospital, the urine sample is clear and but still the bladder infection is there.

He was advised to go for Circumcision and also Cystoscopy test. Right now there is
no any infection from his urine sample except the pus cell. But his bladder is still showing the impression of Cystisis.

But we are worried if we really need to do cystoscopy, as his age is just 2 years. Is there any other alternative test available to check the cause for the issue. Once the bladder is infected will it get recovered by his own and if yes how long will it take

Hi I am Basically 57 years old recently had an open surgery to remove a 5 cm stone in my urinary bladder which was removed after almost 3 years.A well defined ,mucosal based soft tissue attenuation lesion approx 65x61x40 mm is still there in the urinary bladder arising from rt lateral wall and bulging into the lumen. During my operation cystoscopy was also done and a sample was taken for biopsy from the mass which shows it to be Florid sqameous metaplasia with cystitsis. Should i get myself operated again and get this mass out as its cell could become malignant.
