What is Omega-3 fatty acid?

Omega-3 fatty acids are the polyunsaturated fatty acids which is very essential to the wellbeing of humans. Three types of omega-3 fatty acids are :α-linolenic acid( ALA),eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and DHAdocosahexaenoic acid (DHA). They are commonly found in sea foods. They reduce the risk of breast cancer.
