What is Rythmol?

Rythmol (propafenone hydrochloride) is an antiarrhythmic drug which is used in treatment of disorders of heart rate/rhythm known as Arrhythmia. Untreated arrhythmias can manifest as skipped beat, sense of pounding, fainting etc. & can be fatal.
