What is Midazolam?

Midazolam is a short-acting drug in the Benzodiazepine which is potent anxiolytic, amnestic, hypnotic,skeletal muscle relaxant and has sedative properties. It is orally used for moderately severe insomnia and acute management of schizophrenia.
