Clobazam

What is Clobazam?

Clobazam belongs to the class of medications known as benzodiazepines. It is used to treat certain seizure disorders. It is used as an add-on to other antiseizure medications when extra treatment for control of seizures is needed. Seizures are caused by uncontrolled firing of neurons in the brain (also referred to as increased electrical activity in the brain).
