What is Cardivas?

Cardivas is a brand name for Carvedilol, which is a vasodilating non-selective beta-blocking agent with antioxidant properties. Carvedilol reduces the peripheral vascular resistance through vasodilation and suppresses the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system through beta-blockade.
