On a daily basis I have been taking Brilinta (Ticagreloor) 90mg Tablet PO BID for over two months. It was prescribed to me after I underwent an interventional procedure of inserting one DES stent; segment 20;vessel OM. I also am taking 20 mg of Atorvastatin; Ramipril 2.5mg and ASA 81mg tablet.
Just last week I noticed a small release of blood clots when I ejaculated and since than I have been releasing a few drops of blood before the main stream of urination. A urine test is in progress and in the meantime I have been prescribed antibiotic- cipro? Pl clarify

I am taking 90 mg. Brilinta/ 2 times per day, 1 baby aspirin, and 12.5 mg metoprolol tartate/2 times per day, following placement of 2 stents in coronary arteries, following myocardial infarction. Other arteries were found to be 60 to 70 percent occluded. I would like to take Bromelain and nattokinese supplements, but each warn about interactions with blodd thinning medications and beta blockers. I have had two stentzs put in about 30 days ago. After being released my doctor put me on Lipitor, 80 mg; Lopressor, 25 mg, and Brilinta 90 mg, in addition to these drugs I am taking: Diovan, 320 mg; Amlopidine Besylate, 5 mg; children aspirin 81 mg.

I now cannot sleep; I wake up with all kinds of thoughts that prevent me to go back to sleep , and I am becoming depressed.

It appears that the new medications are having these effects on me. Can you help my situation.
