What is Skin neoplasm?

Skin neoplasm is the cancer of skin tissue.It may be benign or malignant.Usually the word neoplasm goes with malignant type. There are many kinds of skin neoplasm.Most common being:basal cell carcinoma (BCC), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and malignant melanoma.

u must not prick or scratch it
chance of infection is always there.
apply antibiotic...
