What is Raynaud's phenomenon?

Raynaud phenomenon occurs due to recurrent vasospasm of the blood vessels of fingers and toes and usually occurs in stress or cold exposure.Here colour change and pain is the main clinical features.There are many causes- but most important is automiiune diseases.
