Palpitation refers to abnormal heartbeats , often rapid, giving you a feeling of a racing heart that differs from thr normal beats which you are unaware of. Tachycardia is too many beats. At rest, the heart is beating too many times oer minute and falls out of a normal range. Hypertension is an increased blood pressure. This is a measure of the force against the artery walls as the heart pumps.
