What is Esophageal motility disorder?

The condition in which the muscular contractions of oesophagus become discoordinated or weak, and interferes with movement of food down the oesophagus, is known as Esophageal motility disorder.The main symptoms of motility disorders are difficulty swallowing, regurgitation of food, and spasm type of pain.
