What is Epigastric irritation?

Between the two sides of the ribcage in the centre at the top,is the stomach inside abdomen.The area is also called epigastium.When there is severe vomiting,ingestion of fried fatty food or excess caffeine intake and irregular meals or stress, excessive acid is secreted that gives rise to discomfort,sometimes pain collectively called epigastric irritation.Antacids & avoiding causes is treatment
