What is Coronal hypospadias?

Hypospadias is the opening of urethral tube ventral to the expected urethral opening. It is congenital anomaly. It may lead to Chordee (curvature of penis during erection) and infertility in extreme cases where the deposit of semen in vagina poses problem. If the opening is situated over coronal sulcus, it is coronal Hypospadias.
