Chronic pain syndrome

What is Chronic pain syndrome?

This is a strange condition where one suffers from pain in one or more parts of the body for about 6 months or more, all investigations show normal results, no specific etiology can be pin-pointed and yet patient is not relieved by the common anti-inflammatory drugs or steroids. Psychotherapy has also been tried in some cases with minimal improvement.
