I have a recurring bruise on the exact same spot on my thigh. I am a 20 year old female. The bruise will slowly come, stay a while, and then go away just to come back again. I've paid attention and have not run into anything any of the times. What could it mean?

I slipped on a grape in the grocery store 3 weeks ago, I caught myself, unfortunatly with the bottom of the cart hitting the front of my right chin , it left a bruise and a knot which are still very sore and the bruise isn t fading. Any suggestions? It s just sore I can walk fine and really it doesn t look that bad just discolored more of an inside type bruise with a touch of surface bruising. The knot is maybe the size of a quarter.

I have found a bruise on my forearm after showering last night. There was also a lump or swelling underneath which was quite pronounced. This morning the lump has gone down a little. Application for 1-2 days should help the bruise/ lump get well.

However, if there is no...

hi; he could be having a haematoma due to injury. if there are no other symptoms simple pain killer should be enough for pain. unless infected no need for antibiotic it will resolve on its own
