What is Biliary reflux?

Biliary reflux, Bile Reflux or duodenogastric reflux is a condition that occurs when biliary fluid flows upward from the duodenum into the stomach and esophagus. Biliary reflux can be confused with Acid Reflux, also known as Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease.
