Hello and thank you for your question. It sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection. These are usually viral and resolve in 7-10 days without treatment. However sometimes you may develop an ear infection as a complication of this so if your ear pain is severe please see a doctor because you may need antibiotics. Drink plenty of fluids and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for sore throat.

Hi..there are many causes...sinuse problems...eustachian tube that is which connects back of nose to ear...this ventilates and draines ear..so any defect in this tube can lead to fluid in the ear...take tab levocetrizine with phenylephrine once a day at bed time...oxymetazoline nasal drops...you will get alright....
