Hello As you are young the pain in shoulder joint in this age is mostly bursitis , cushion between bone and muscles , i would recommend physiotherapy + pain killers + rest + mild exercises , if no relief i would suggest triamcolone injection in the joint , normally synovial fluid is very minimal in this joint, bursitis heals in few months on its own, hope this helps

Hello and thanks for contacting HCM. There are many causes for fluid to accumulate in the abdomen. You are correct that liver disease can be a cause of this and it is very good that your liver tests are normal. Other causes can be related to kidney problems or even a form of cancer in the abdomen. Consider seeing your doctor for an exam and possible CT scan. Good luck to you.
