Hi vandana It is normal to have some amount of hair follicles on the breasts and tummy area. if the hair growth is excessive, you might be suffering from PCOD ( polycystic ovarian disease ). Would advice against plucking, as it can lead to infection . consult a gynec to confirm that you do not have PCOD. Take care.
