It is probably because of strain on your eyes. Do not stare continuously for long time at your computer or any other object. Consider using refresh tears eye drops for adequate hydration of the eyes.

Hi, This may be due to drainage into your throat from your sinuses. Whilst asleep you may have a trickle of mucus which can often be brownish. This is not serious and does not need treatment unless it wakes you up regularly. Regards, Dr K A Pottinger, MBChB. FRCA
