hello,thanks for ur query, vertigo,could be causes-brain related, spondylitis,hypoglycemia,hpertension, ear related- bppv,labrynthitis, inner ear in fections. at 29 yrs, u need to be evaluated by ent surgeon for possible cause of giddiness. all d best.take care.

Vertigo is associated with inner ear dysfunction. It could be a side effect of medications, a brain disorder, cervical spine issues or other systemic disturnbances. More clinical details will help me narrow down the cause. It can be managed with vestibular sedatives initially as the cause is being investigated.
