What Calcium Supplements Can Be Taken For Osteopenia?

HI, I am 58 year old white female who has osteopenia and today after bone density test numbers show osteoporosis.. I am petite, just 5 foot and 99 lbs. I have not eaten red meat in twenty five years, take daily supplements (D, Fish oil, mega vitamins and asprin) however I do not do "milk" I do cheeses, yogurt and some other forms of dairy..My doctor has recommended a once a month pill..What calcium supplements can you suggest

Besides taking once a month therapy you may have weekly dose of vitamin D 60,000 (cacirol) units with a glass of milk and for calcium take citromacalvit once daily. These measure help fight osteoporosis if supplemented by physical exercise.
