dear sir this is a theory which explains the probable cause of cancer.as per theory a cancer cell need to be hit twice or more with mutations to turn in to tumour cell.the first mutation will be mosthy inherited and all who inherit will not develop the cancer.the second hit will be somatic mutation the rate of which increases with age.after this second hit the cell will develop into a cancer cell.

hello, thanks for your query, multiple organ lesions is a charectstic of cancer metastatic disease. stage 4, u have not mentioned where is d primary lesion. at age 26, am sorry. all the best. take care.
