What To Do For Experiencing Side Effects From Infliximab For Crohns Disease?

I have crohns disease and am having alot of side effects from infliximab, some of them minor some of them not, I am worried the infliximab might have to stop but even though I have alot of side effects the infliximab has kept the crohns under control pain wise, so what do I do about all these side effects?
