Should I Be Worried For Having Group B Streptococcus During Pregnancy?

26 weeks pregnant. Getting cramps over weekend. Eased off now. Vomiting yest and today, also eased off. Found out today that from a swab taken in April I have group b strep. Doc gave me antibiotics for 7 days and says I will have to get IV antibiotics from onset of labour. I am worried. Should I be?
