What Does The Results:non Specific Medical Renal Disease, Decreased Ureteral Peristalsis, Uretero Vesico Reflux Say?
Hi, i would like to know the explaination of my kub result.
Relative increase in renal parenchymal echogenicity which may relate to normal variance 40% or early, non specific medical renal disease 60%.
Low density crystals lining the calyceal wall both kidneys
Mild ureteropelvocaliectasia bilateral which may relate to any of the ff.
A.distal partially obstructing process like ureterolithiasis proximal to uvj at present..
B. Decreased ureteral peristalsis as seen in recent passage if a stone
C. Decreased ureteral peristalsis seen in uti.
D. Uretero vesico reflux.

As log as the given reports are concern here it does not shows any major abnormality, but highly indicative that this should be correlated with clinical condition, it means if you do not have any symptoms which correlate with such reports then just forget it, to me the clinical complain and the condition is more important, nothing to worry about this report, have nice day.
