I am infected with spider biting or herpes or what I dont know about that but my back side chhale on skin apeared since last three day the pain is like burning sign. some people said spider biten and some says herpes what are the correct treatment of its
Herpes zoster presents clinically as grouped, discrete, fluid filled vesicles associated with pain and burning sensation usually arranged in a stripe (along a dermatome) with a sharp mid-line cut-off.
On the other hand, in case of Insect bite, the lesions might not be strictly localized to just a single dermatome and they may not be strictly follow the sharp mid-line cutoff, as compared to herpes zoster. However, nonetheless it can be really difficult at times to distinguish insect bite from a case of zoster
Herpes requires an oral antiviral e,g acyclovir or famciclovir for a week, whereas insect bite reactions can usually be managed with just topical steroid + antibiotic combination creams.
