Dear Sir,
The heel spurs that you are talking about are seen in a number of patients. The reason for the pain though is plantar fasciitis ie inflammation of plantar fascia in the sole. The best possible treatment for these would be ankle and foot stretches along with soft footwear and analgesics. If these don't help you then shock wave therapy ( you might require 2-3 sittings) will help in controlling the pain. I suggest you take a break from the current job that you are doing as continuous standing will only make the matters worse. Hope this has helped you.
