Hello and welcome to HCM,
The normal range for eosinophils is 0-6%, normal range for lymphocytes is 20-40% and C-Reactive protein is not detected in normal states.
Thus, your blood report shows presence of eosinophilia or increased numbers of eosinophils.
Eosinophils are increased in cases of parasitic infections, allergies, urticaria, hay fever, certain neoplasms, etc.
The cause of eosinophilia has to be found out.
C-reactive protein is increased in case of inflammations.
The focus of inflammation has to be found out.

Thanks and take care
