Will Liquid Diet Help Me Lose Weight Faster ?
hello doc...i am 22 years girl...my height is 157 cms and weight is 60 kgs....i want to redeuce 10 kgs fast... i joined gym 15 days back and even exercise in evening ,but cant reduce a single pound...even my diet is normal.......i dont know why despite doing everyday exercise at gym also, my weight is not moving.......i am stuck badly.......i needn to reduce this weight fast....will taking only liquid diet help?????? shall i start taking only liquid diet???? what is that which i can eat without gaining weight.......i am already eating fruits and veggies.........
