Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

As per the analysis of your query, it is appearing that lethargy and weakness is due to hypoglycemia or low sugars.

When ever we treat any patient with insulin hypoglycemia or low sugars is a known complications which needs to be analysed.

There are many incidences and its been noted that a diabetic patient is more prone for developing vitamin b12 deficiency and vitamin d3 deficiency.

So proper supplementation of vitamin d3 and vitamin b12 are needed.

Thanks
