hi doctor... i have got lots of pimples scars on face which irritates me and looks ugly iam taking
treatment of homeopathy since 6moths it helped me a bit but have not remove completely so please suggest me some home remeady or else treatment so that i can have scars free face...thank you doctor

Acne scars are very difficult to treat and the results of treatment are highly variable. No home-based treatment will be effective in providing you good results.
I would recommend you consult an qualified dermatologist to get the proper examination and management.
Usually, the best results are obtained by combining various treatment methods.
Lasers like co2 laser are highly effective for severe scars while mild to moderate scars can be managed with dermaroller and subsicion or CROSS technique of application of 100%TCA focally over scars.
