Usually, for recurrent pimples we give aziyhromycin 500mg, twice a week, for 4 weeks. Along with that- use medicated antibacterial soap for cleaning face and body (if there are also pimples). You should wash your face and clean it with clear water three to four times a day. Put sunscreen generously before going out in sun. Drink lots of water and eat good amount of salad.
