Hello. You are suffering from eustachian tube malfunction which connect ear and throat.it may be due to infection, common cold, allergy, sinusitis etc. Blow air from nose while pinching the nose may be helpful. Take antihistamine if allergy. Take antibiotics if infection. Take steam water inhalation. Put hot water napkin over ear for few time also helpful. Use chewing gum. Thanks.
