HI..SINCE YOU ARE IN A CAST IT WILL BE STIFF BUT IF YOU HAVE SEVERE PAIN AND INCREASED TEMPERATURE IT CAN BE DUE TO COMPARTMENT SYNDROME,LOCAL INCREASE IN PRESSURE AND NERVE COMPRESSION.THANKYOU
