Hi, Welcome. In normal condition also both testes need not be symmetrical. Left side slightly may be larger and hang a little lower. This can be ignored.Pf the difference is considerably larger, then it could be due Hydrocele (fluid collection around testis), or Varicocele (dialated veins) or a hematocele following injury (painful). Consult a surgeon.He/she will help you in this regard.
