Any Alternative To Lactogen Used With Milk Feed Using Breast Pump ?

Hello doctor, I am Reshu. My baby is 7 weeks old, my nipples are inverted so my baby is feeling difficult to suck. So i am using breast pump and feeding him and also i give him lactogen. My babyas soon as he drinks milk though he burps he vomits little. Can i continue lactogen or there is any other option

sincce you already using breast pump and feeding the baby it wouuld be advisable to breast feed more . more your baby suck ,nipplle most of the time evert after some time. exercise on breast before feeding (placing fingers of both hands each side of nipple and pulling outwards ,then keeping fingers above and below the nipple and again pulling outside.)will also help in everting the nipple.some amount of milk expulsion is normal even after burping if weight is gained normally.
lactogen otherwise if no problem with it can be given.
