Hi Alison, Some mild cramping with other symptoms you mentioned is fairly common in 1st trimester of pregnancy.Cramping occurs due to the uterus muscles trying to adapt themselves to the size of growing fetus.Even mild bleeding can occur which is harmless.Please visit a Obstetrician,so that she can examine you and guide further.If you find it of help,please vote a 'Thanks' to me.
