Hi Thanks for asking. Stop all sort of contraceptive measures. Start taking Folic acid and take care of any health problem you have. If you are using any type of medication on regular basis you should consult / inform your doc about your plans. Have regular sex especially in the middle of your cycle. Prenancy could be delayed for few cycles after stopping birth control pills, so wait 4 few months.
