hi dear and welcome to healthcare magic.... Dear either you are suffering from DNS,or turbinate hypertrophy....... in case of DNS,there is septoplasty nowadays.... while in case of turbinate hypertrophy,a piece of bone is trimmed.... so surgical options are present for both conditions...
