Hi, Thanks for writing in. This relates to timing of CT scan images after injecting contrast into the patient. Mono phasic is arterial, biphasic is arterial and venous, triphasic is arterial, portal and venous phases.

Early fatty liver is a totally reversible condition.following precautions might help. 1)total avoidance of alcohols. 2)reduce fatty food items to minimum (non veg,fried items, baked items etc) 3)take enough green leafy veges and fruits. 4)regular exercise.
