General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have asked fore the immediate medicines for controlling the loose motions.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, or furazolidone,or mtronidazole, ranitidine, lactic acid bacilli, and loperamide when there is frequency.
Though not confirmed of the intolerance avoid giving milk, milk products, wheat, barley etc.
I give the infusion of sodium chloride, or electrolytes, periodically.
Give him more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
